#24 Tim Kennelly - Hitting big with an even bigger heart

Unbelievable chat this one! Tim Kennelly is a baseball legend not only in Perth but Australia. He has smashed all types of records in the Australian Baseball League, wears his heart on his sleeve when he represents Australia around the world, and has had crack at making the major leagues over in America. There is not much he hasn't done in the baseball world! Did I also mention he does firefighting on the side? This guy can honestly do it all! I loved this chat so much with Tim as he speaks all things baseball and really attempts to promote the game here in Australia. It was a pleasure to have this guy on and I look forward to hopefully getting him on again in the near future. Enjoy this one guys, I love you a million xox

Kristina talks all things lawn bowls with how she came across the sport, the challenges in making it to the highest level, and takes us back to that moment when she found out she was a gold medalist. Kristin Thornton joins me this week to talk about his journey in life so far! Kristin is a former player for the Sydney Swans in the AFL. He speaks about his time at the swans and how the path there didn't quite go the way he thought it would, but instead of letting this hold him back he found a new career path in the rehabilitation world. Kristin speaks about his love for exercise physiology and how this has allowed him move into his next journey to study medicine. An interesting chat with a charismatic guy, enjoys this one guys xox

#20 Liana Nici - Nutrition and dieting in an evolving world

This episode I managed to get the lovely and intelligent Liana Nici to spare some time from her busy schedule and join me on the pod. The knowledge this woman has is outstanding and the values she lives by and shares is making big changes to others in the world. Liana is a dietitian and most recently taken up a role in the AFL working alongside the playing group. She chats about what it's like working with both average individuals and high performance athletes and how they have similarities but differ at the same time, and what she has seen change in the dieting world with her 10 years of working in the field so far. Colin is a stand up comedian here in Perth making his mark in the comedy industry. An absolutely funny bloke that just loves a chat along with a few appropriate (and inappropriate) jokes. His journey in the comedy setting has been an interesting one but nothing can stop him from trying to achieve his dreams in growing WA comedy further. #17 Dave Ravi

This episode I sat down with a former Australian Ninja Warrior competitor, Dave Ravi. Dave has a great story about how he came across the sport of ninja warrior and how this sparked a change in his 9 to 5 job to eventually open up his own gym dedicated to the sport here in Perth. Dave now assists others wanting to take up the sport as a hobby or competitively. He wants to see the best in others and enjoys every challenge that gets thrown his away.
